Browsing the Site and submitting enquiries is free. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
Nothing in this section limits your right to bring proceedings before the competent courts for the protection of your rights as a consumer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the latest changes took effect. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
